An intriguing and stylish object. This cast bronze door knob/pull is made in the form of a beautiful conch shell. This could easily be fitted as an elegant piece of door furniture or indeed, be displayed as a cabinet of curiosity item or sculpture. The piece is likely European, I would suggest French and made in the latter half of the 20th century. It is feels heavy in the hand and the quality of casting is superb.
